Gold is a beautiful song about the freedom of individuality, chance, and love; it is from the fabulous musical Once.
2. Because I Could Not Stop for Death - Susan McKeown & Natalie Merchant
This song is a reinterpretation of an Emily Dickinson poem, and I find the musical element an amazing and appropriate addition.
3. Make It Rain - Ed Sheeran
This song is altogether incredible. Ed Sheeran's voice is pure and unhindered, and the raw emotion makes Make It Rain a masterpiece.
